Terms:
The price includes a full English Breakfast.

Provisional telephone/email bookings can only be held for a maximum of 10 days, pending receipt of deposit.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per reservation is required, together with a completed booking form.

Bookings for 1-3 nights are to be paid in full at the time of the booking. Should a booking be cancelled a refund will only be issued once the room has been re-let. We therefore recommend that you have travel insurance to cover this should we not be able to re-let the room.

Rooms are available from 4:30pm onwards; departure by 10am.

Transport to or from the airport/sea terminal can be arranged for you at an additional charge.

Debit Card payments will be free of charge.

No liability can be accepted by ourselves for any loss or damage to visitors' property, or any illness or accident suffered by visitors. Visitors are responsible for any damage caused to the the property or its contents and therefore we recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance.
