How to Book: please phone Nikki & Nigel on ( 44) 07624 483866; we can check to ensure that we have your choice available and then take the booking over the phone with either a debit card or credit card deposit payment. You do have the option to send a cheque in the post should you choose.

On weekdays the best time to call is after 4pm when Nikki is home from work, or drop a text or email and she'll reply from her blackberry. Weekends and evenings, call anytime.

Terms:
The price includes a full English Breakfast.

Provisional telephone/email bookings can only be held for a maximum of 10 days, pending receipt of deposit.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per reservation is required, together with a completed booking form.

Bookings for 1-3 nights are to be paid in full at the time of the booking. Should a booking be cancelled a refund will only be issued once the room has been re-let. We therefore recommend that you have travel insurance to cover this should we not be able to re-let the room.

Please note: TT WEEK BOOKINGS MUST BE FOR A MINIMUM OF 10 NIGHTS THROUGH EMAIL

Rooms are available from 4:30pm onwards; departure by 10am.

Transport to or from the airport/sea terminal can be arranged for you at an additional charge.

No liability can be accepted by ourselves for any loss or damage to visitors' property, or any illness or accident suffered by visitors. Visitors are responsible for any damage caused to the the property or its contents and therefore we recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance.

Guests allergic to dogs should anticipate the presence of the two, small housemates Ralphy and Coco, and consider using appropriate mediation. Albany House will not be held liable for any consequent health issues.
